SEASON
- Fall season runs from mid-August through October.
- Spring season runs from March- mid May.
- Summer season runs from mid-May through mid-August.
A schedule of practices/events/games/showcases, only dates and locations not times, will be provided to you in a timely manner after the start of the season. Parents and players are asked to be committed to all the scheduled events/games/showcases. Two practices a month are mandatory. Players unable to attend any of the practices/events/games/showcases will be responsible to let the head coach know no later than 48 hours before, unless an emergency arises. We reserve the right to pick-up players for the team.
Players will have access to the coaches, fields, and indoor cages when available. You are financially responsible for the entire season. If a player leaves the team prior to the end of the season, parents are responsible for the full cost of the season. Season begins August 21, 2023 and ends August 13, 2024.
FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
* Upon a roster invitation, an initial cost for uniforms will be due within the 14 days. Fundraisers will also be required. Our calendar fundraiser will begin upon invitation, resulting in a total $465. If the calendar is not filled the parent will be responsible for the leftover amount on October 1st, each year. Our second fundraiser will be a collection of gifts from each player/parent. These will be put together in a basket and then raffled off at the end of February. Our calendar fundraiser covers our entry fees into our tournaments. Sponsorships and other fundraisers throughout the season will help with equipment costs and travel for the non-parent coaches. Equipment costs include softballs and general equipment maintenance. Surplus funds will be used to help build the program for future years and any invitational events we may be invited to. All money is spent towards our players to lead them to success.

Voluntary quitting, dismissal due to rule violations or disciplinary reasons results in a loss of collected funds. Any funds due from the uniform and tournament costs of $665 will be payable immediately upon the players' last day.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Any gate or parking fees assessed by individual venues will be due individually, to the team, prior to the event.
Each player will be assessed additional coaching fees if the team travels more than 40 miles for any league/tournament/showcase event. Additional non-parent coach’s fees will include reimbursement for mileage (Federal reimbursement rate per mile used for calculation for both ways from Glenville, WV) and hotel rates in the surrounding area for the duration of the event. We are hopeful that our fundraising and sponsorships will cover these costs.
OUT OF TOWN TRAVEL
When our team is playing out of town, each parent is responsible for meals and lodging. If parents are unable to accompany their child, parents are responsible for making the necessary lodging and meal arrangements. In some instances, such as any national/world series events, we may block rooms for our organization to stay at the same hotel, but it’s the parents’ obligation to fulfill the financial costs.
